Alejandro has been a lawyer at the Legal Procedure Department in our firm since 2018, acting as Department Coordinator in our Madrid office since he started working with us.

He started his professional career as an in-house lawyer with the largest business group in the area of industrial equipment in Spain, where he carried out of counsel and legal consultancy on procurement and compliance with general legal regulations and audit, work that he also carried out for other listed companies. He specialized at the same time in legal claims for companies in the banking, insurance, energy, services and retail-consumer sectors.

He has vast experience in Consumer Law and he advises important companies in the technology sector defending their interests in legal and out-of-court claims, in the latter case as specialist in conflict resolution and management.

He has been in charge of a large number of civil, criminal and administrative disputes cases, which has given him broad and productive experience in Courts across Spain. Furthermore, he has taken part in numerous Mediation and Arbitration procedures in different autonomous administrative bodies.

At the same time, he provides support to the Commercial Law Department of our firm, mainly in corporate matters.

In addition to this, Alejandro has written a number of legal articles which have been published on different platforms and specialized blogs.
