Nuria is a partner at Bartolome & Briones in the Infrastructure practice, which she joined in 2025.

She has an extensive experience in advising on large infrastructure and public service projects, acquired after working for more than 20 years for large international groups such as Grupo ACS, Grupo Ferrovial, and Grupo Globalvía.

From the various positions she has held in these companies, she has participated in numerous public tenders, drafting partnership, PPP, EPC, and project finance contracts.

In the corporate field, Nuria has led numerous M&A transactions, Due Diligence processes, Joint Venture, Corporate restructuring, and shareholder dispute resolution transactions. She has also served as a director and/or secretary of various companies linked to public services and concessions, both nationally and internationally, some of which were owned by the public sector.

Her experience is extensive as well as protecting the interests of companies contracting with the public sector against various events that could negatively impact the proper development of their assigned projects.
