Florencia has been a Senior Associate at Bartolome & Briones Corporate Area since 2019, when she returned to the firm after having previously worked with us for over two years.

She specializes in IP, privacy, and digital law. She has worked on numerous projects related to the creation and marketing of digital content in regulatory, audiovisual, IP, trademark, advertising and sponsorship, consumer rights, protection of minors, and data protection matters.

She advises Spanish and international clients on the negotiation of software contracts, licence agreements and transfer of IP rights. She also assists clients on privacy and personal data protection and is also involved in the implementation and adaptation of the GDPR for different companies, as well as in different digital projects with an impact on data protection.

Furthermore, Florencia has vast experience with Spanish and international clients in the corporate and contractual areas and in M&A transactions, Due Diligence processes and other corporate operations. In addition to this, she assists foreign companies in their establishment in Spain.

Her professional work also includes coordination and advising in the real estate sector throughout all the stages of the process in the acquisition and lease of property.

Florencia started her professional career in the UK at one of the renowned British firms in the so-called Magic Circle, where she participated in a transnational project in the regulation and financial area.
