Last Thursday, February 12th, the Family Business Circle held its meeting at the Club Financiero Génova in Madrid. As always, there was excellent attendance from families from all over Spain in an exclusive and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for exchanging experiences.

The talk on M&A in family businesses was given by our partner, Salvador Bartolomé.

In the Fireside Chat, we had the privilege of hosting Manuel Del Río, president of the family business DANOSA, who shared his experience working with an investment fund as a minority shareholder to stimulate growth and improve the corporate governance of the family business.
