On June 27, we celebrated the webinar “Employment Compliance in Spain”. Our partner, Juan Carlos Lombardía and senior associate Beatriz Corral, from the Employment Practice, provided an overview of the main policies and legal requirements that any company, subsidiary of a foreign company or representative office, regardless of size, is obliged to comply with in Spain. They also discussed about the potential consequences and economic sanctions.
